All items are quality checked prior to shipment. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Jewellery items are delicate and should be handled with care.
If you wish to return a faulty or incorrect product, GREY Jewellery will happily repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process:
- The product must have been purchased within 2 weeks of notification.
- You must notify GREY Jewellery by email at email@example.com with your proof of purchase, being either the PayPal confirmation, or email confirmation from us, and a description of the fault or incorrect item.
- We will contact you with a return address. GREY Jewellery is not responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged in transit therefore please ensure any returned items are thoroughly packaged with bubble wrap, securely and clearly addressed.
- Refunds will be made through PayPal. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by us. Please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.
- Exchanges are only possible if the item is currently in stock.
